The last week in our course covers legal and ethical issues in social media. Pick a court case that involves social media and research it. Then answer the following questions:

· What was the case about? Write a brief overview of the court case.

· Which laws were considered broken? Describe which legal issues were brought into question.

· Do you think the case violated any laws? Please explain why or why you did not agree with the court ruling.

Requirements:

· Your paper should be between 600 and 900 words.

· Your paper must written be in APA Student format, including in-text citations.

· Please review the Short Essay Rubric as needed.

Important note: Citing a court case in the proper format is key. United States v. Paramount (1948) is correct.
